Praia D’el Rey is a Par 72 measuring 6405m, it is located in Amoreira, Obidos, 50 minutes north of Lisbon. The front nine holes meanders through the pine forests, whilst the back nine runs along the stunning Atlantic Ocean and boasts some of the best links holes in Portugal.
This course features some very deep bunkers, sloping greens and lush fairways, and it provides some fantastic views. The signature hole is the 12th, where once you are on the green, you can enjoy the view of Berlengas Islands. The Praia D’el Rey with its mixture of parkland and links holes offers an enjoyable and unique golfing experience for players of all abilities.
The Royal Obidos championship course is a Par 72 measuring 6692m, it is situated close to the town of Obidos, 50 minutes north of Lisbon. This course is the last one ever designed by the late Seve Ballesteros and it boasts some stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Obidos Lagoon. It enjoys long, wide fairways, undulating greens and several lakes and streams.
The signature hole of the front nine is the Par 5 9th, whose large green is surrounded on three sides by water. The most memorable hole on the back nine is the Par 4 12th, where both the drive and the second shot have to negotiate over two lakes and a stream. This is a stunning course that is a true test of golf to players of all abilities.
